A 12-week program combining guided group sessions, real-world tools, and optional 1:1 or couples therapy. Created by licensed therapists; designed for parents.
Each section is led by licensed clinicians trained in postpartum mental health, trauma informed care, and couples work.

Sleep disappears. Identity shifts. Your relationship gets tested in ways you couldn't have anticipated. Most new parents are handed a baby and a stack of pamphlets — not a community, not a guide, not a space to process what's actually happening.
A grounded beginning is what we wish more parents had: ongoing support from clinicians, structured skills work, and a small group of people going through it at the same time.
An in-depth assessment of your personal needs and goals followed by weekly virtual group sessions and biweekly individual or couples counseling.
Group sessions are separately tailored to the birthing parent and the supporting parent to discuss and explore the unique needs of each caregiver, structured around three things every new parent needs: education, skills and processing.
What's happening in your body, your brain, and your relationship in the first year. Clinical context, plainly explained, backed by research.
Supportive strategies for sleep, communication, stress, and identity shifts. Leave each session with something practical and actionable.
Time to talk about what you're carrying. Held by a therapist and your parenthood community that get it.
The first year of parenthood looks different for every individual. Hormones, identity, and roles shift for both parents but the impact is unique.
Postpartum parents and supporting parents are separated into like cohorts for individual attention on the areas most affecting you personally.
Every path includes the option to add individual or couples therapy alongside — same therapist, same continuity, more space.
Research shows that lasting support for the entire family system is rooted in connected, comprehensive care.
By combining groups with individual or couples therapy, we create a consistent and connected supporting experience every step of the way. Each cohort is thoughtfully curated with your unique needs, experiences, and season of life in mind.
Every path is 12 weeks long — offering meaningful time to deepen your understanding of yourself and your body, build practical skills, and foster deeper, more connected relationships, without the pressure of a long-term commitment.
For one parent. Weekly sessions in a small, role-aligned group, mixing education, skills, and processing:
A thorough assessment of your needs, twelve 90-minute weekly sessions in a small group, led by a licensed therapist.
Everything in the group, plus bi-weekly individual therapy throughout.
For both partners. Each of you joins a separate group aligned to your role, running in parallel:
Each partner attends their own twelve-week group including a thorough assessment of each partner's needs, twelve 90-minute weekly sessions in a small group, led by a licensed therapist.
Each partner's group, plus bi-weekly couples therapy together to support the relationship.

Your path begins.
It's a clinical decision. The parenting journey carries different physical, hormonal, and social experiences. Same-role groups let each conversation go deeper, faster, without the unconscious filtering. Couples still have space to do relational work together — that's what the couples therapy add-on is for.
No. Each partner attends their own distinct group, running in parallel. The two groups happen at different times, with different facilitators, keeping each space confidential and accessible around child care needs. If you've added couples therapy, that's where you and your partner meet together with a couples therapist — outside of group time.
Yes. All groups and therapy sessions are held online via secure video. The program is available to participants in California.
The program is designed as a continuous twelve-week experience — each week builds on the last, and the group's depth grows with consistent attendance. Life with a new baby is unpredictable, and we know that, so babies are welcome to attend sessions. We'll talk through attendance expectations during your intake so you and your facilitator are on the same page from day one, but rest assured you will always have access to the material provided during the group and your peer community is there to connect to along the way.
The program is private pay, with payment in full at the start of the cohort. We can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan offers it. HSA and FSA funds typically cover the program as well.
Your facilitators are licensed clinicians bound by the same confidentiality standards as individual therapy; however with the standard legal exceptions for safety risks and mandated reporting.
Parents anywhere from late pregnancy through the second year postpartum. Whether you're three weeks postpartum or eleven months in, you'll find others in your group at similar stages of the journey.
